Got pulled over for speeding today...42 in a 30 MPH zone.  The officer let me off with a warning, but still had to give me a ticket for the expired inspection.  Argh!  This was the first and hopefully the only time that this happens.  What pisses me off is that I have tried on two occasions to get the freekin thing inspected.  Oh well, I get to pay $100 for this error.

In much better news, hubbie will be able to get the air pump I need for $100 from a friend of someone he works with.  Installation is fairly simple, so we'll do it ourselves.  Can you believe that place I was at on monday wanted $600 for the part and $100 for labor?  I have no clue why this part is so damn expensive, but at least we'll save some money.  Still never heard back from that VW dealership.  I think they decided to just take the loss.

I'm off to do some cleaning.  I'm having some friends over tomorrow for margaritas and movies while hubbie is at a batchelor party for one of his friends getting married next month.  It's gonna be a blast.

Almost done with the next chapter of "Light."  Been a little pressed for time lately, but its coming together.
