My house...is a very, very fine house

With a brand spanking new driveway.  ^_^

Quite the improvement, no?

I called a realtor today....

Yay! Good news?

Oooh, nice. I love the bricking with the pavement, it goes well with your roofing. I have so many home projects that need doing and never get done, sigh. Eh, when the roof falls in and the place crumbles down, I'll probably have some regrets about my procrastination. ;)

Why thank you, dear. If left to my own devices nothing would ever get done. I am the *worst* when it comes to procrastination, but thank goodness I married someone who actually likes doing home improvements...weirdo ;)

Yay for motivated men! I need one of those. :/

I think you should just leave that yellow "caution" ribbon in front of your house for a good long while until the neighbors really start to understand. Hee.

Hmm... which reminds me that I still have to take down our live/mumified Christmas wreath hanging in the lobby at work.

Eh, one of these days.

Nah, leave the wreath up. At this point it's become a permanent fixture. You can call it some new form of pop art ;)

Beautiful! I love the inlaid stones... Very nice detail. Did you and your husband do this yourself? My driveway is crumbling asphalt, and I would LOVE something like this to replace it.

Thanks! No, we didn't do this one ourselves. We had to hire professionals. We're good, but not that good ^__^ Show your husband the pics and tell him how much nicer your house would look with a pretty new driveway like this. And it's so much easier to take care of than asphalt. Bonus^^
